The LG GC990 Louvre will come with the features like the following: zero shutter lag, Xenon flash with touch focus, and can also capture HD video footage. This LG phone has a different user interface, which separates it from a lot of the other phones. The LG GC990 Louvre is not officially released, but will be soon, since previews have been seen in Korea already.
